Web Browser Help

The issues you are experiencing with the MyChart web site might be caused by the internet browser you are using. Since we are unable to support any browser you are using, we can help guide you with steps that might correct the issue so you may use MyChart.

1. Try logging in using a different Browser - Open the MyChart web site using another internet browser, such as Google Chrome or Internet Explorer. If MyChart loads successfully then there may be a problem with your current browser.

2. Enable Browser CookiesView steps to enable cookies.

3. Allow Pop Up BlockersView steps to allow pop up blockers.

4. Perform a browser refresh – While on the MyChart web site, you can either click on the refresh button in the address bar or hold down the CTRL key and press the F5 key. This function refreshes the page or reloads the file from the server.

5. Clear your browser cache – Clearing your cache and refreshing can fix many browser errors that may cause your websites to not load correctly or act slow. View steps to clear browser cache.

6. Restart your computer – this allows your computer to refresh and apply any updates.



Recommendations after you have completed any of these steps:

1. Restart your computer to allow the changes to take effect.

2. Click Inova MyChart to access the MyChart Login page.

Username

1. If you are having trouble remembering the Username you created when you activated your MyChart account and need to recover your Username, please start the process by clicking on Forgot MyChart Username?

2. Now enter the correct information into the fields on the form (First and Last name, Last 4 SSN and Date of Birth). The information you enter must match what is listed in your medical record.

3. If the information is entered correctly, you will receive a confirmation message with your Username to the email address associated with your MyChart account.

Password

1. If you are having trouble remembering the Password you created when you activated your MyChart account and need to reset that Password, please start the process by clicking on Forgot MyChart Password?

2. Now enter the correct information into the fields on the form (MyChart Username, Date of Birth and Email Address you registered with during sign-up).

3. If the information is entered correctly, you will need to correctly answer the security question associated with your MyChart account and you will be given an opportunity to create your password.
